The Library subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is captured at sign-up but is not charged until day 8. If you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing and nothing is debited — no refund request is needed.

If you forget to cancel before the trial ends and are charged for the first month, email us within 30 days of that first charge at hello@waypointsoftware.es and we will issue a full refund of that first month's charge, no questions asked. We will also cancel your subscription at the same time.

After the first month, subscriptions are billed in advance for the period ahead. We do not issue partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. When you cancel, the subscription remains active through the end of the paid period and then stops — you keep access you have already paid for.

If you purchased an annual subscription and have used the service for fewer than 30 days, email us and we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of the annual period.

Because EPUB files are delivered immediately and are DRM-free, single-book purchases are final once the download link has been accessed. If the file you downloaded is corrupted or unreadable, contact us and we will re-issue it or provide a full refund.

Email hello@waypointsoftware.es from the address linked to your account, with the subject line "Refund request" and a brief description of which charge you are disputing. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

We encourage you to contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. We work hard to resolve refund requests fairly and quickly.
