By creating an account or making a purchase on Waypoint Readers you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. "Waypoint Readers", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Waypoint Software.

Waypoint Readers provides graded-reading content (ebooks and audio) for language learners, accessible via the web app at waypointreaders.com. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and not yet available. Content is sold as one-time purchases ("single-book") or via a recurring subscription ("Library subscription").

You must be 13 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account. One Supabase Auth identity per person; creating duplicate accounts to extend free trials is a breach of these terms.

The Library subscription is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period. The trial period (currently 7 days) is free; billing begins automatically on day 8 unless you cancel beforehand.

You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps the subscription active through the end of the paid period — no partial-period refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations (see the Refund policy for the exception that applies to new subscribers).

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice by email to registered subscribers.

Single-book purchases are DRM-free EPUB files with optional audio. You receive a perpetual, non-transferable licence to read the purchased content for personal, non-commercial use. Re-selling, redistributing, or publishing purchased content is not permitted.

The underlying source texts are public-domain works. The graded adaptations, illustrations, audio recordings, and compilation are copyright Waypoint Software and may not be reproduced without permission. The Waypoint Readers name and logo are trademarks of Waypoint Software.

You agree not to: attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape or mass-download content beyond normal personal use; use the service to train machine-learning models; or circumvent any technical access controls. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waypoint Software's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
